William J. Garces, Esq,
Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq

William J. Garces, Esq. is a founder and managing partner at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, which provides a wider range of practice areas to help their clients deal with the multitude of complex legal issues that confront their daily lives.

Will Garces was born in Camaguey, Cuba and emigrated to the US with his parents, and two younger siblings when he was three years old. His parents left behind a comfortable life to flee the repressive communist regime in Cuba to raise their family in freedom in the United States. The early years were very difficult and Will sometimes experienced how it felt to go to bed hungry.

Will graduated with honors with two bachelor’s degrees and a law degree from Rutgers University in Newark. Will’s Spanish language skills, gregarious personality, and desire to serve those in need enabled him to build a very large and successful practice that could provide the expertise necessary to serve his growing clientele with the quality representation they so desperately needed. Will however has not forgotten his roots to this day he is compassionate towards all people from all backgrounds and all walks of life.

Will founded the law firm of Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq in 1991, in his effort to adequately serve those in need of quality legal service and to provide a wide range of legal services. Today, the firm has twelve full-service offices in New Jersey and one in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a staff of 30 attorneys and 120 support personnel. His attorneys are specialists in their respective practice areas of personal injury, worker compensation, immigration, criminal defense, municipal court, family law, and bankruptcy. Since forming this current firm, they have won nearly a billion dollars for their clients.

Will’s health awakening began after he lost his brother Ricardo to a heart attack at age 51, when Will was compelled to take a step back and reevaluate his own health. He was overweight and followed the typically poor American diet. His medical scans discovered several blockages that could cause serious problems at any time.

Will, with the help and support of his loving wife Elaine, embarked on a new health journey guided by Ethos Farm Project and its founder, Dr. Ron Weiss. By incorporating only natural dietary and lifestyle modifications – including a strict Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) diet, Will lost over a hundred pounds and brought his body into balance.  Will and Elaine are enthusiastic donors and supporters of Ethos Farm Project and its mission to improve health. Will views his life of legal service and his commitment to the values and policies of Ethos Farm Project as complementing each other. Each is a path to a better life for those in need.
